The parts sold are the result of dismantling trucks in a functional state, are original and have warranties specific to the degree of wear. They can be sent by express courier to the customer or can be picked up directly from our network of stores.

The parts sold are disassembled and assembled in safe conditions by certified personnel. They are tested and stored in optimal conditions, protected from the weather. Our specialists have extensive experience in the field of mechanics and electronics and regularly benefit from professional training courses.

If the parts you need are not in stock, they can be brought within a short time after placing the order for general purpose parts.

WARRANTIES

The products prove to be non-functional within the general warranty period – 30 days.

The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and related documents: purchase invoice (copy), warranty certificate completed by the authorized RAR service that found the defect, proof of installation of the part in – an authorized RAR service by type, make and model, the finding note issued by an authorized RAR service describing in detail the defect.

If the product received proves to be non-functional within the general warranty period (30 days) – pick-up from the seller’s premises or reception by courier – the buyer can claim this and request the return of the product within this time, in order to replace it with a new product. If the product is no longer in stock, the buyer can opt for replacement with another product or for a full refund.

In case of return, the guarantee covers at most the full value of the claimed product, it does not cover the labor costs or the materials necessary for the disassembly and reassembly of the parts or any other auxiliary costs. The guarantee does not cover any other obligations such as indirect losses.

DELIVERY

The products are delivered by express courier to the desired address, the costs being borne by the customer or they can be picked up free of charge from our network of stores and service centers. For customized transport solutions and offers, please send a request to office@thtrucks.ro.

PAYMENT for the spare parts WILL BE MADE ONLY BY ONLINE BANK PAYMENT ORDER within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of request.

RETURN

The parts that are the subject of a warranty claim will be accompanied by the following documents: copy of the purchase invoice together with the receipt or receipt, proof of installation in an authorized RAR service (assembly estimate) and related tax documents, finding note issued by an authorized RAR service by which the defect is ascertained and described in detail, copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle, copy of authorization R.A.R. of the service where the assembly was made

The return request is sent by filling in the online return form HERE, it will be analyzed by our specialists and you will receive the resolution in maximum 3 working days. You can also contact us to fill in the form and the office from which you picked up the product.

The returned parts must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging with all the accessories and documents that accompanied it. No return is accepted for parts with seals erased or broken, or those found non-compliant by the seller.

The return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the value of the product will be made within 14 days from receipt of the return. In the case of card payments, the refund is only made with the card with which the payment was made.

Return acceptance situations:

The products do not comply with the specifications presented or were delivered incorrectly by the trader;

The buyer can choose to replace with another product or to reimburse the value of the part/parts. If the replacement with a more expensive product is agreed, the buyer will pay the price difference, respectively if the value of the replacement product will be lower, he will receive the corresponding partial refund. All return and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer;

The products prove to be non-functional during the warranty period.

If another product is delivered or in another quantity, you must report the incident to the seller within a maximum of 24 hours to resolve the incident. If a wrong product has been delivered through the fault of the seller, he will bear the shipping costs for the replacement of that product. If the product is no longer in stock, the buyer can opt for replacement with another product or for a full refund of the value of the product/products.
